It helps with things like functioning in life. It probably helps with remembering to pay the bills, keeping track of your schedule and the schedule of the other people in the house. It helps you to think on your feet. For those of us with a smart mouth, it keeps us smart-aleck-y. For those with a sarcastic tendency, it helps with that too.
We can all use a little good news this year. They say that alcohol sales are up this year due to COVID. Just make sure it's red wine that you're drinking and make sure it's accompanied by a side of cheese, you can't go wrong. The boss might be wondering why your work has improved while you've been working from home this year. Just keep the wine glass out of the Zoom calls!
I'm not a wine drinker at all, blech! I suppose that maybe I should be, especially in that red wine category. The stuff has just never tasted good to me. Cheese, however, that I'm up for, as long as it's not bleu or feta, please.
