Merv Chandler (second from right) raced to Mach-1 Sport Compact state and Calhoun County Speedway track titles this season.
 
The Vinton driver was a four-time feature winner in 2010. He’s pictured at the national IMCA awards banquet with, at left, Gary Mach and Jane Wolfe of division title sponsor Mach-1, and IMCA President Kathy Root at right.
