Sports : The Shellsburg Lions 9th Annual Golf Fundraiser

The Shellsburg Lions will host their 20th Annual Golf Fundraiser on June 12 starting at 9 am. This will be the Shellsburg Lions 9th Annual Golf Fundraiser in partnership with Better Together animal rescue in Vinton and the Iowa Humane Alliance in Cedar Rapids host this annual event to support the Shellsburg community.

Many thanks to the Shellsburg community who play in our golf fundraiser and sponsor this event. The Shellsburg Lions sponsor many organizations locally including the ShareFood Pantry, the Public Library.
On the state level, a $10,000 grant is being written for support of the Winterset and Norway communities due to the resent storm damage and personal loss.
