State Community College Group Honors Kirkwood Nursing Dean

A Kirkwood Community College dean received singular recognition from the Iowa Association of Community College Trustees. At their annual meeting in Marshalltown on July 29, the IACCT board named Nursing Dean Sandra Cooper as the organization’s 2010 Iowa Outstanding Administrator/Manager.

Kirkwood Main Campus Open Extra Hours, Aug. 14 and 21

Iowa City Campus also plans extra student assistance hours, Aug. 21 With an expected rise in new student enrollments, Kirkwood Community College will be open extra hours for two Saturdays in August.
