Serving Buffet from 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM, Monday through Friday. A choice of salads is available on the buffet.

Everyone is WELCOME! Suggested contribution for individuals 60 years old or older, and their spouse (regardless of age) is $2.75 for the meal. Individuals who are not yet 60 are WELCOME but need to pay $3.75 for their meal. Carryout meals are available. Please call us to cancel or order a Home Delivered Meal by 10:00 AM daily! We deliver meals to Vinton, Newhall, Urbana, and Garrison/Mt Auburn. The suggested contribution is $3.00/meal if you are 60 or older. We also have nutritious frozen meals and liquid supplements. Delivery is throughout Benton County. Please call 319-472-4761 for more information about services or to reserve a table for groups of 3 or more.

The meal on Sunday, September 19th, will be Roast Turkey, Mashed Potatoes/Gravy, Broccoli, Mixed Green Salad, Blushing Pears, Frosted White Cake, WW Bread, Milk.

On Monday, August 9th, the activity of the day was a Pepper Card Party with 5 tables of players. Lois Rowman won 1st place with 280 points. Don Burmeister won 2nd place with 274 points. Third place went to Frances Kelly with 258 points. After the games, refreshments were provided by the Card Club and HACAP provided the beverages.

On Tuesday, August 10th, we celebrated the August birthdays. Those celebrating August birthdays were Mary Rogers, Dorothy Helms, Peggy Schott, Evelyn Roths, Bertha Pohlmann, Evelyn Hanneman, Irene White, Hazel Merchant, Arlene Merchant, Colleen Stufflebeam, and Kay Corbett. Eighteen guests also attended the celebration. Evelyn Hanneman won the free meal. A special thanks to Norma Ellis for her work as the Birthday Dinner Hostess. Everyone enjoyed the afternoon entertainment provided by Stuart Gulick.

On Wednesday, August 11th, the activity of the day was 10-Cent Bingo. The games were handpicked by Clete Friedman. Game one was a 9 pack with Norma Ellis winning. Game two was 13 numbers with no free spot and Greta Geiken was the winner. Game three was a layer cake with June Salerno winning. Game four was a flag with Dora Vogt winning. Marge Goodell won game five with blackout.

On Thursday, August 12th, the activity of the day was 10-Cent Bingo. The games were handpicked by Marge Goodell. Vickie Holst was the volunteer caller. Game one was a picnic table with Faye Goodell and JoAnn Roster winning. Game two was wild number 3 bingo with Faye Goodell winning. Game three was two bingos hard way with Verda Haerther and JoAnn Roster winning. Game four was a plus sign with Ruth Wieditz winning. Greta Geiken won game five with blackout.

On Friday, August 13th, there were 7 tables of 500 played. Leroy Wieser won 1st place with 4,800 points. Glenn Kester won 2nd place with 3,920 points. Merle Roths won 3rd place with 3,530 points. HACAP furnished beverages and other refreshments were provided by the card club.
