Suggested contribution for individuals 60 years old or older, and their spouse (regardless of age) is $2.75 for the meal.
Individuals who are not yet 60 are WELCOME but need to pay $3.75 for their meal.
Carryout meals are available.
We deliver meals to Vinton, Newhall, Urbana, and Garrison/Mt Auburn.
The suggested contribution is $3.00/meal if you are 60 or older.
We also have nutritious frozen meals and liquid supplements. Delivery is throughout Benton County.

Each month the 4th St Diner has a special day set aside to celebrate birthdays for that month. It is always scheduled for the second Tuesday of each month. Anyone having a birthday for that particular month is encouraged to make a reservation for themselves and any guests they would like to celebrate with. The names of all birthday celebrants who have made a reservation for the Birthday Table are entered into the door prize drawing. We currently have two door prizes scheduled for each month. The first is $5 in Vinton Unlimited Value Dollars generously donated by Vinton Unlimited. The second is a gift certificate for a free 4th Street Diner meal. Reservations for the Birthday Dinner table can be made by calling 472-4761. Reservations need to be made by 10:00 AM on the day of the celebration.

The meal on Sunday, March 11th, will be Roast Pork, Mashed Potatoes/Gravy, Spinach, Peaches, Custard, WW Bread, Milk.
On Monday, February 6th, the afternoon activity was a Pepper Card. There were 5 tables of players. Clete Friedman won 1st place with 292 points. Bud Barr won 2nd place with 283 points. Bernadine Barr won 3rd place with 264 points. After cards, refreshments were served by the card club and HACAP provided the beverages.
On Tuesday, February 7th, the afternoon activity was Surprise Bingo. Maureen Haisman was the volunteer caller and JoAnn Roster handpicked the games. Game one was a Slant 7 with Elsie Knaack winning candy. Game two was the Letter “I” with Clete Friedman winning candy. Game three was Wild Number Three Bingos with Greta Geiken winning a puzzle. Game four was a Layer Cake with JoAnn Roster winning candy. June Salerno won a meal ticket on game five by winning Blackout.
On Wednesday, February 8th, the activity was 10-Cent Bingo. Wendy Pennington was the volunteer caller and Clete Friedman handpicked the games. Game one was a Flag with Evelyn Greenwood as the winner. Game two was a 9-Pack with Faye Goodell as the winner. Game three was Wild Number Three Bingos with Geri Shaffer as the winner. Game four was Stair Steps with Clete Friedman winning. Jeanette Blazicek won game five with Blackout.
On Thursday, February 9th, we all wished Judy Noeller a Happy Birthday. The afternoon activity was 10-Cent Bingo. Vickie Holst was the volunteer caller. The games were handpicked by Ruth Wieditz. Game one was Frame the Free Spot and Four Cornerswith Frances Kelly winning. Game two was a 9-Pack with Faye Goodell winning. Game three was a Postage Stamp with Phyllis Ebert winning. Game four was Wild Number Three Bingos with Greta Geiken winning. Greta Geiken won game five with Blackout.
On Friday, February 10th, the afternoon activity was a 500 Card Party. There were 5 tables of players. Clete Friedman won 1st place with 3,420 points. Glen Kester won 2nd place with 2,700 points. Geri Shaffer won 3rd place with 2,620 points. After the games, refreshments were provided by the Card Club and beverages were provided by HACAP.
On Monday, February 13th, the afternoon activity was a Pepper Card Party. After the games, refreshments were provided by the Card Club and beverages were provided by HACAP.
On Tuesday, February 14th, we celebrated all the February birthdays. Those celebrating February birthdays were Marvin Witt, Clete Friedman, Leta Mae Christy, and Irene Geiger. There were also 11 guests in attendance. Marvin Witt won a $5 Vinton Unlimited Value Dollars donated by Vinton Unlimited. Irene Geiger won a free meal ticket. Stuart Gulick provided the afternoon musical entertainment.
On Wednesday, February 15th, the afternoon musical entertainment was provided by Judy Mehlert.
On Thursday, February 16th, the afternoon activity was 10-Cent Bingo. The volunteer caller was Vicki Holst. June Salerno handpicked the games. Game one was the Letter “X” with Hazel Eastwood winning. Game two was 4 Postage Stamps with June Salerno as the winner. Game three was All Around the Free Spot with Faye Goodell winning. Game four was Wild Number Three Bingos with Dora Vogt winning. Dora Vogt also won game five with Blackout.
On Friday, February 17th, there were 4 tables of 500 played. Frances Kelly and Don Selken tied for 1st place with 3,740 points. Third place went to Hazel Eastwood with 2,850 points. After the games, refreshments were provided by the Card Club. Beverages were provided by HACAP.
