The 3D filter will be pushed aside this week (and for the next few weeks) when the Palace brings you “The Karate Kid,” rated PG.  This critic-approved remake of the 1984 original will play Friday, July 23 through Thursday, July 29 at 7 p.

Our family (loves) Vinton Palace Theatre!! We saw Shrek last weekend when allllll the family was here (21 of us running around asking everyone to "do the roar" for a week - goood times!) and then those of us still here came to the 7 pm movie tonight (Toy Story 3).
