These Vinton area girls will perform in the 'Nutcracker.'
Students from the Cooling Dance Center in Vinton are excited to join a cast of 102 youth dancers from all over the Cedar Valley to present “The Nutcracker” at the beautiful 1,900 seat Gallagher-Bluedorn Performing Arts Center in Cedar Falls Nov. 21-24.
Chosen from audition, the Cooling Dancers and other youth will perform their roles alongside a cast of ballet professionals from the Minnesota Ballet. They have attended weekly rehearsals in Cedar Falls in preparation for the event, and will be giving four performances throughout the weekend.

Performances are at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 22, and at 2 p.m. Sat. Nov. 23 and Sun. Nov. 24.
A special performance for Cedar Valley area school children will be given on Thurs. Nov. 21 at 10 a.m.
Tickets are only $1.00 per child, while adult prices vary by seating. For reservations, call the Gallagher-Bluedorn Box Office at 1-877-549-SHOW.
