Et cetera : Vinton Unlimited is looking for a PART-TIME Intern/ambassador.

Are you friendly, self-motivated, responsible, creative, social media savvy, love Vinton and want to see others fall in love with your hometown as well? Vinton Unlimited, a chamber of commerce and economic development group, is looking for someone who fits this bill! We are hiring a PART-TIME person as an intern/ambassador.

This position will pay $10/hour and consist of 5 hours a week, year-round. There is potential for some hours to be completed remotely. The hours will be mostly flexible, although there will be certain dates that are required to work such as Boomtown. It's a great opportunity to earn a little bit of income on the side!

Duties will include updating social media, distributing local marketing materials, creating new resident welcome bags, and assisting with public events, such as Boomtown, golf tournaments, and parades, as well as other duties as assigned. This position is great for those who want to gain experience working with community events and businesses.
