Spanish Language Learning Opportunities at Local Vinton Businesses

On the first and third Saturday morning of each month, local community members Jordan (Jo) and Joaquin Carter host the Spanish Conversation Club at downtown Vinton businesses The Niche and Brickside Brew-N-Chew. The club meets from 9 to 11 A.M. and welcomes all ages and levels of learners from beginners to native speakers. There is no cost to attend.

Plarn Making with Judy Herring - July 19

Community VBS invites children to True North: Trusting Jesus in a Wild World

A summer kids’ event called True North will be hosted at the Vinton Presbyterian Church, 608 First Avenue, Vinton, in partnership with Wesley United Methodist Church and Bethlehem Lutheran Church from Sunday, July 20, 2025 to Thursday, July 24, 2025. The evening will begin at 5:30 pm with a light supper for participants and will conclude at 8 pm. All youth completing 4-year preschool through completion of 4th grade.

Community Quilt Fundraiser at the Vinton Public Library
