Benton County Public Health is excited to begin teaching SafeSitter babysitting courses here in Benton County beginning Saturday, December 2nd, 2023 at the Vinton Public Library. The SafeSitter babysitting course curriculum has been around for decades, and allows students opportunities to interact with their peers as they learn everything from personal & internet safety, to first aid & choking rescue skills, to business skills and behavior management.

It is an Informational Session that will be held on November 2 at Noon and on November 21 at 5:00 p.m. Libby is one of our options for ebooks and audiobooks, available to patrons that live in the City limits of Vinton, or in Rural Benton County.
