Band Parents—Please attend the Potluck/Informational Meeting Saturday, Aug. 7th at 6:00 pm in the HS Commons.

Varied Class Schedules for August 17 & 18 ALL kindergarten students at Vinton-Shellsburg will have a 'special‘ schedule the first two days of school. Regular classes will not be held, all Kindergarten students and their parents will be having scheduled parent conferences on August 17th and August 18th. Each family will have an appointment (sign-up at Registration) to come to the classroom, bring student supplies, meet the teacher, and ask any questions they may have about the upcoming school year. Vinton-Shellsburg Grade 1-12 students will have classes August 17-18, but will be on a 2-Hour Early Dismissal Schedule. On August 19th the entire district resumes a normal full-day schedule. Middle School & High School Students New To The District, please call the Guidance Office (436-4728) at your building on or after August 10 to
schedule an appointment to register for classes. Individual appointments allow time for counselors to review your previous school records and schedule the classes you need.
