Each year, more than 400 students sign up for the Vinton Public Library summer reading program for those age 2-14. The program offers prizes for those who read during the summer. It also includes story time each Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and special events through June and July.
The program begins today; those who have not signed up can do so at the library or on the library's web site. This year's theme is "Dream Big! Read!"
