There will be a Antique and Flea Market held in Vinton on September 10th and 11th, at the Benton County Fairgrounds (1801 2nd ve. Vinton). Dealers will feature vintage, repurposed, primitive, antiques, as well as flea market treasures.

The VSU Special Olympics will be holding a Benefit ride on Saturday, August 21. The ride will begin at  Ron Da Voo Lounge & Deli in Vinton. Registration will begin for the ride at 10:00 a.

Vinton-Shellsburg Wrestling Fundraiser!This year for our fundraiser we are planning a slow pitch softball game, Wrestlers vs. Vinton Police Department! This is to help raise money to help benefit our wrestling program, and to help raise good awareness for the police department with all the negativity in their world lately!Tickets will cost $5 for students within the VS school district, $10 for non-students, and free admission for individual sponsors.
