Tree Workshop Saturday, February 2, attend and get free tree certificate

There will be another tree workshop presentation on Saturday, February 2, 2013 at 10:00 AM at Vinton City Hall. For attending the workshop, property owners will get a $150 certificate for one tree or a $225 certificate for two trees to plant in the right-of-way adjacent to their property.
