The Kiwanis Club of VInton will resume our regular meetings starting on Tuesday, October 6 at noon. The next meeting will be held at the VInton Country Club.

Brandon Fire Department Cancels Annual Fundraiser

The Brandon Fire Department announced that they will be canceling the department's annual auction. Citing the safety of the community the department said that they will resume the fundraising event next year.

We will do a drive thru version including: Pulled Pork and Philly Cheesesteak Sandwiches, Pasta Salad, Cottage Cheese, and of course Homemade Pie, and ice cream! The Center Point Historical Society has canceled its annual Cemetery Walk, initially planned for September 20, because of the increase of local COVID 19 infections.
