New event encourages community to take action against Alzheimer's Disease

Paranormal/pyschic researcher to Fisk to speak in Vinton, Sept. 15

The Vinton Public Library will host paranormal researcher Terry Fisk on Thursday, Sept. 15, from 6:30 to 10 p.m. Fisk will discuss the scientific research behind some psychic and paranormal activity, including some "haunted places" reported in Iowa, and will also address skepticism and other issues.
