VPRD plans another Bingo Night Feb. 23

The Vinton Parks & Recreation Department is excited about hosting another fun night of Bingo at the Vinton Skate & Activity Center. On Sunday, February 23, the center will turn in to a bingo hall from 5:00 – 7:00 p.

Mini-Masters under way!

Vinton Unlimited Mini-Masters is taking place this Thursday, February 13th through Saturday, February 15th.  It's going to be another great time putting through the community at 19 local businesses.

The University of Illinois Extension invites you to the annual Illinois Cattle Feeders Meeting taking place March 5, 2014, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm at Sauk Valley Community College, Dixon, IL The seminar will highlight recent policy changes that may be of interest to cattle feeders, manure management strategies, the value of manure to the diversified farmer, new cattle feeding research, dealing with changing feedstuff prices, and market opportunities in 2014.
