By Robin OpsahlUnofficial results show that Republicans held on to trifecta control at the Iowa Statehouse in the Tuesday election – and that both chambers may have a GOP supermajority in the upcoming General Assembly.In the House, Republicans appeared to grow their majority to a supermajority in the 2024 general election by flipping multiple seats currently held by Democrats.
