Government : Benton County Board of Supervisors Meeting 9/28/16

September 28, 2016 The Benton County Board of Supervisors met at 12:00 p.m. at the City Hall in Vinton. All members were present. Unless otherwise noted, all actions were approved unanimously. The purpose of this meeting was to meet with the Governor and other City and County officials regarding the flooding and disaster recovery efforts in place. Governor Branstad signed a proclamation of disaster emergency for 21 counties, Benton County being included. They toured some buildings and homes effected by the flood and how the Hesco sand-filled barriers held up. Hertle moved/Wiley seconded: To adjourn at 12:45 P.M.
