Slim Goodbody made a special appearance at the Tilford Elementary Auditorium on Tuesday, February 24. Third grade students from Tilford and Shellsburg were educated and entertained as they engaged in original songs, dance, and movement activities. Audience participation was a large part of the show as Slim picked students out of the crowd to demonstrate how muscles move, how the diaphragm works, and the importance of never smoking. Students learned the fundamentals of anatomy, nutrition, fitness and personal hygiene, as well as self-respect and motivation to be the best they can be.
