On Tuesday, March 24th, Rhonda Saunders with the Iowa Department of Agriculture and Land Stewardship (IDALS) received a Certificate of Recognition during a surprise event. The Benton Soil and Water Conservation District Commissioners nominated Rhonda for the State award as recognition for her outstanding dedication and service to the State of Iowa, the USDA Natural Resource Conservation Service, the Benton Soil and Water Conservation District, and the residents in Benton County.
