News : Plant sale helps area residents find good deals

Natalie Lough points out the flower she wants to take home and plant during the sale on Friday.

The Vinton Garden Club's plant sale on Friday was a great success, says club President Fran Stueck.

"We sold a lot, and people got good deals," said Stueck.

Many lined up in the Open Class building at the Benton County Fairgrounds to purchase a variety of plants and flowers.

A bake sale also offered bread and other goodies.
