Join the VFW Auxiliary, it's not just for women

At this years VFW & VFW Ladies Auxiliary National Convention in July 2015 a vote was brought to the floor

to change The Name of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary to Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary. It was made into a motion

and passed. So now eligible men & women can join The VFW Auxiliary (not just women)

If you know someone that is Eligible for membership in The VFW: They have received a campaign medal for overseas;

have served 30 consecutive or non consecutive days in Korea or any conflicts overseas; or have received hostile fire

or imminent danger pay then you are eligible to join our VFW Auxiliary.

THOSE ELIGIBLE ARE:

Husband/Wife

Widower/Widow

Father/Mother

Grandfathers/Grandmothers

Sons/Daughters

Grandsons/Granddaughters

Brothers/Sisters

They have to be 16 years or older

We meet The 2nd Sunday of Every Month (Except December-no meeting because Christmas Holiday)

at 3 PM At US Bank Community Building (414 A Ave) Vinton, Iowa (across street from Fareway Store).
