The VSMS Show Choir performs 'In Summer' from the movie 'Frozen.'

On Thursday, dozens of talented Vinton-Shellsburg Middle School students performed for their parents, neighbors and friends.

First, the VSMS Jazz Band played several songs. After the band cleared the stage, the choir students performed a "In Living Color" concert. The Show Choir, Seventh Grade Chorus, Eighth Grade Chorus and other solo and ensemble acts performed a variety of songs designed to encourage courage and individuality.
