News : Furnace 'hiccup' disrupts day at Clingman Pharmacy; minimal smoke damage

Modern technology helps spread news, both good and bad these days. At around 10 a.m. today (Wednesday, Dec. 8) someone asked on Facebook, "Is there a fire in the ACT 1 studio above Clingman Pharmacy."

There was smoke, but no fire, in that building this morning, reports Jon Clingman. Business had resumed to mostly usual by 11 a.m.

"We had a little hiccup with one of our furnaces," he said. A furnace repair man was on the scene; Servicemaster had also arrived to help with cleanup.
