News : Lanterns light up the sky while Bubbles entertain on the ground

Tom Pingenot directed the Bubble Orchestra on Tuesday evening as children watched and played along

Tuesday evening, the sky south of Tilford was the place to look as many sent lanterns into the sky. Some decorated the lanterns before sending them up and some included a declaration of love, a message of hope or remembrance. 

The night was off to a bit of a rocky start in attempts to get the lanterns airborne, but after a few crashed and burned the system to launch the lanterns began to run more smoothly. 

While that was happening, Tom Pingenot created the giant bubbles which held the attention of most of the children.
