The Vinton Parks and Recreation Department and the Vinton-Shellsburg High School cheerleading program combined for the annual Junior Cheerleading program. Dozens of girls from grades 1-5 practiced with the high school cheerleaders and then performed some cheer and dance routines before the varsity basketball game Tuesday night in Vinton.
