News : Homecoming Parade brings a touch of normal and a bit of fun

The Vinton-Shellsburg Football Team arrives to cheers during the homecoming parade

After months of canceling every activity that we're all used to participating in, the Vinton-Shellsburg Homecoming Parade was a welcome return to a bit of normalcy.

Kicking off promptly at 6:00 p.m. the parade wove through downtown and returned to the high school.

Tomorrow night's Vinton-Shellsburg Homecoming game against Center Point-Urbana will begin at 7:00 PM at the Karr Athletic Complex followed by the Homecoming Dance (for current VSHS students only) from 9:30 to 11:30 pm in the back faculty parking lot at VSHS.
