Iowa State Sen. Tim Kapucian (Senate District 20) and State Rep. Dawn Pettengil (House District 19) will continue their legislative coffee meetings this weekend. They will be in Vinton, meeting with constituents at 10 a.m.Saturday, Feb. 19, at Vinton City Hall. Then they will meet residents at the Norway Public Library at 1:30 p.m.this Saturday. The public is always invited to these events.
