Second Half Property Taxes are due before March 1st, 2011
and payable during March without penalty.
Mobile Home Taxes and Special Assessments are also due at this time.
We are able to accept partial payments toward the amount due on all payments except those for the special assessments and tax sales certificates. Penalty will still apply on the unpaid portion.
Penalty willattach on April 1st, 2011, as per state law, at a rate of
1½% per month, rounded to the nearest whole dollar, with a minimum of one dollar. Please mail early to avoid any penalties.
Postmarks on or before March 31st, 2011 will be honored.
We will be open 7a.m. until 7:00 p.m.
on March 29th, 30th, and 31st, 2011 for your convenience!
