News : Horizons Celebrates Opening of Belle Plaine Office, Open House & Ribbon Cutting

Horizons, A Family Service Alliance invites the public to an Open House celebrating their new office at 1303 2nd Avenue in Belle Plaine. The event will be held at the new office from 11am to 1pm on Thursday, April 28th. The Ribbon Cutting will take place at 11:30am. The event will provide an opportunity to learn about Horizons’ iCan Behavioral Health Intervention Services for Children and Families, Mental Health Counseling, Early Access and Family Support Programs now offered in Belle Plaine. Refreshments will also be provided.

The iCan, Mental Health, Early Access and Family Support Programs serve children, adults and families in need through group and individual means customized to the needs of each client. Horizons programs work with clients to identify strengths, needs and establish goals to work toward. These programs serve as a welcome port in the storm for families in crisis.
