News Osteoporosis discussion continues

      Continuing the discussion on osteporosis, Virginia Gay Hospital Imaging Services Director Monica Stark spent a few hours on Saturday at Fareway, where she shared information about the bone-deteriorating disease and how to prevent it as we age. Stark spoke to dozens of people and gave them information about bone health and how diet and exercise can help maintain bone density.
