News : Todd Starnes visits with Benton County Republicans

Conservative syndicated talk show host since 2017, Todd Starnes made a stop in Vinton on Saturday night along with radio personality Jeff Stein of KXEL where both can be heard. The two visited with Benton County Republicans before heading back to Waterloo in preparation to be at the Cattle Congress on Sunday.

The group had an opportunity to visit with Starnes and were able to hear his views on things that he's seen happening across the country and in his own part of the country, Memphis, Tennessee. In January 2020, Starnes Media Group, purchased a Memphis talk radio station and made KWAM the flagship station for Starnes' radio show.

Starnes has built his following on being unapologetically a Christian placing his faith above his politics, using that as his moral compass. As a talk show host with a great sense of humor, honesty and a desire to share with his listeners current events happening around the country, his career has taken off.

He is releasing his 8th book entitled, "Twilight's Last Gleaming: Can America Be Saved?" following a string of other books that he's written.
