Work has begun on 3rd Street near City Hall; one-lane traffic is in effect.
Vinton area travelers may want to avoid 3rd Street and C Avenue over the coming days as work has begun on the Highway 150 repair project. Traffic on 3rd Street between First Avenue and C Avenue has been reduced to one lane. Work will continue south onto C Avenue.
