Sgt. Bert Ray McNitt, 89, of rural Brandon, Iowa, went joyously to his new Eternal life on Saturday, March 5, 2016. Graveside Services: 2:00 p.m. Thursday, March 10, 2016, at Memorial Park Cemetery, Mason City, Iowa, with full military honors. Survivors include his daughters, Ruth McNitt of rural Brandon, Iowa, and Donna Jewell of Phoenix, Arizona; three granddaughters; seven great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren. Dorothy Sutton
SHELLSBURG: Dorothy Joann Sutton, 84, died Saturday, March 5, 2016 at Northbrook Manor in Cedar Rapids following an extended illness.
She was born July 15, 1931 in Shellsburg to Vernon and Effie (Rogers) Crow and graduated from Shellsburg High School in 1948. She was married to Curtis Dean Sutton who preceded her in death
