VINTON:

Pamela Kay Bush, 66, died Wednesday, February 25, 2015 at Keokuk Community Hospital in Keokuk following an extended illness.

A Mass Of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, March 4, 2015 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Vinton with Father Ardel Barta as Celebrant. Committal Service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday the 5th at Bethel-Owen Cemetery in Pilot Mound, Iowa. Friends may call at Phillips Funeral Home Chapel, 212 E. 6th St. in Vinton from 4 to 7 p.m., on Tuesday the 3rd. In Lieu of Flowers a Memorial Fund has been established.

Pamela was born July 16, 1948 at Boone, Iowa to Earl and Sylvia (Petersen) Clark and graduated from East High School in Waterloo. She received her CNA certificate and was employed as a Home Health Aid for many years.

On September 27, 1967 she was united in marriage to Otto Bush in Boone, Iowa.

Pamela was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Vinton and the V.F.W. Auxiliary. She enjoyed playing Bingo and fishing.

In addition to her husband Otto of Vinton, she is survived by her children, Pamela Sanchez of Keokuk, Jennifer (Mike) Kirkpatrick of Vinton, and Jeffrey Bush of Vinton; eleven grandchildren; her sisters, Karen Goodenbour of Vinton, LaVonne Stephenson of Vinton, and Elaine Wheelock of Boone.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister; and one brother.
