Ralph Kotouc, 70, formerly of Vinton, died March 28, 2016, in an automobile accident, as he was driving to Iowa from Arkansas.

A memorial service will take place Wednesday, May 11, at 11 a.m. at the Keystone Cemetery, with a luncheon planned following the service.

Survivors include his wife, Linda, of Sumner; his daughter, Stephanie; two grandchildren, Jeremiah and Morgan of Pea Ridge, Arkansas; a sister Anna (Al) Siemmering of Cedar Rapids; two brothers, John (Ida) of Mountain Home, Arkansas and Jody (Annette) of Toledo.

DE May 6, 2016, 1:58 pm I was very saddened to read of Ralph\'s passing. I will always remember his infectious smile and laugh. Riding on the back of his old Harley many, many years ago brings a smile to my face. He was one of the good guys.
