Lincoln Michael Jacobs
KEYSTONE:
Infant Lincoln Michael Jacobs, 6 month old son of Shane and Nicole "Nikki" Jacobs died as a result of an auto accident on October 8, 2010.
Lincoln was born April 9, 2010 at St. Luke's Hospital in Cedar Rapids.
Baby Lincoln is survived by his parents and his four year old sister, Kailyn Jacobs, all of Keystone. Also surviving are his grandparents, Larry and Sherry Jacobs and Linda Clark; his aunts and uncles, Amanda Jacobs and Angie and Ross Farmer; and many other family members.
His mother, Nikki, remains hospitalized from injuries she suffered in the accident, therefore Memorial Services will be scheduled at a later date.
