Mary Ann Voelker, 84, of Norway, IA passed away May 18, 2025 at Colonial Manor, Amana, IA.

Mary Ann was born October 17, 1940 to William and Monica (Mangerich) Rettig at Finley Hospital, Dubuque, IA. She graduated High School in Manchester, class of 1958. Following school, she worked in Manchester for a doctor's office. Moving to Norway in 1974, Mary Ann was blessed to raise her children before going to work at South Slope in customer service for 30 years.

Mary Ann loved being with her family. She was a good mom and role model; through her hard work, strong will. She was not afraid to be outspoken. Mary Ann was a member of St, Michaels Catholic Church, Norway.

Mary Ann is survived by her children, Larry Voelker of Cedar Rapids; Lori (Tom) Byers of Watkins, Scott (Tracy) Voelker of Norway, Aaron (Wendy) Voelker of Sebastian, FL, Sara (Jason) Nolz of Manchester; grandsons, Cameron, Calvin, Cody, Jacob, Justin, Jordan and Preston; granddaughters, Casie, Breck, Sierra, Makay la, Keana, Cienna, Cassie, and Sophia.

She is preceded in death by her parents and granddaughter, Jacqueline Voelker.

The family would like to thank Colonial Manor and Essence of Life Hospice for their compassionate care.
