Obituaries : Bart Kruse

Victor—Bart Kruse, age 53, died unexpectedly Friday, August, 10, 2012, at his home in Victor of natural causes. Memorial services will be held at a later date.

Barton Anthony Kruse was born June 8, 1959 in Vinton, Iowa, the son of Duane and Nancy Karr Kruse. He grew up in Vinton and graduated from Vinton High School and attended Hawkeye Community College.

On September 20, 1985 he married Ann Paquette in Vinton. They later divorced. Bart moved to Kalamazoo MI in 1990 and worked as a cattle buyer. He returned to Vinton in 2000 and drove truck and worked at Victor Plastics in Victor. He currently lived in Victor and worked on a local farm. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing and being outdoors.

Bart is survived by three children, Nathan Kruse, Kalamazoo, MI, Hannah Kruse, Augusta, MI, and, Matthew Kruse, Augusta, MI; two brothers, Joe (Deb) Kruse, Vinton, IA, and Duane Kruse, Belle Plaine, IA, and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Raymond and John.
