JH November 28, 2012, 6:27 pm I had the honor to care for Phil at the Lutheran Home in Vinton. He was a delight to help, a pleasure to know and a true gentleman in every regard.
DS November 30, 2012, 1:58 pm I knew both Philip and Betty when they lived in their apartment in Atkins. Both of them were wonderful, loving, kind people. Philip was especially attentive to Betty in her last years and was a true example of loving kindness. He was one of God\'s finest human beings. I cannot wait to see him again in the resurrection. Deepest condolences to his family. Sincerely, Dolores Sebetka
