Opinion : Pledge of Allegiance

While working on our Veteran Salute, I ran across this piece and thought, "Oh the FUN of the internet!"

I love listening to the "old" guys and gals and their take on life in general. But throw in a bit of patriotism and I'm a gonner!

This is a piece by Red Skeleton, whom I didn't even know existed until a few years ago. He was a comedian of his time, but also ran this serious piece back in 1969.

So enjoy, and reflect on the great country that we live in!
