Sports : Adult Bags League being offered at VPRD

Summer is still a ways away and tailgating season is even further in the distance, but that doesn't mean you still can't enjoy one of your favorite summertime activities! The Vinton Parks & Recreation Department is offering a new Adult Bags League, also known as Baggo, for anyone 18 years and older that are interested in getting a team together. Find a teammate, register your team and throw some bags in our weekly league to beat the wintertime blues! The deposit per team is $10 and league games will begin in mid-February on Thursday nights indoors at the Vinton Recreation Center. Please register your 2-person team by Sunday, February 5th. Registration forms are available at the Vinton Recreation Center or by visiting our website at www.vprdzone.com.
