August 13: Jonathan W. Brown, 24, Vinton; Intrastate Warrant

August 16: Matthew D. Selken, 39, Vinton; Intrastate Warrant

August 21: Kentrell D. Moore, 31, Cedar Rapids; Charged with Disorderly Conduct (Simple Misdemeanor).

August 22: Allyn J. Koopman, 25, Vinton; Intrastate Warrant

August 31: Athan L. Cress, 27, Urbana; Charged with Operating While Intoxicated – 1st Offense (Serious Misdemeanor) and Driving While Suspended (Simple Misdemeanor). Citation issued for Failure to Obey Stop Sign.

Juvenile Referrals

August 5 A 13 year old male was referred to Juvenile Probation for Assault Causing Injury (Serious Misdemeanor).

Twelve citations were issued in August. Three citations resulted from three reported traffic accidents, one for minor using tobacco – 1st offense, one for allowing dog to bark, and the remainder of the citations were for other traffic offenses.

Twenty-four written warnings were issued in August.

One Parking/Street Storage citation was issued in August.
