The Wesley United Methodist Church's Mobile Food Pantry had several helping hands (and feet) from Vinton-Shellsburg Community School's Scouts this past weekend.

The Scouts and their adult leaders helped area residents by loading up and pulling the food in carts to area residents' cars.

The pantry reported that it was another successful distribution. The pantry helped 79 households this week with a total of 195 individuals this month. 10 new families also signed up this month.

A special thanks to Michael, Amy and Ryan the adults who also came to volunteer.

The pantry would like to thank all of the wonderful helpers who lent a hand this weekend!
