Rodney Clark of Brandon won the fourth top prize in the Iowa Lottery ¢â‚¬â„¢s ¢â‚¬Å“Pocket Change ¢â‚¬ � scratch game. He purchased his winning ticket at Casey ¢â‚¬â„¢s, 5350 31st Ave. in Urbana, and claimed his prize Monday at the lottery ¢â‚¬â„¢s Cedar Rapids regional office.
