Fourteen years ago, the first “My Big Fat Greek Wedding” was one of our top three sellers at the Palace, until “Blindside” took its spot on the wall in 2009. Marcy Horst and the cast members of the Vinton-Shellsburg High School play were discussing ways to improvise the prepared script to make it more unique, more interesting, more fun for both the actors and audience. Someone -- Marcy does not quite remember if it was her or a student -- suggested that since this is a presidential election season, a political theme might be fun.

In Depth: 'Zoolander 2' brings another dose of 'stupid funny' to Palace

After 15 years in deep freeze, writer/director/star Ben Stiller thaws out his beloved, pea-brained male model Derek Zoolander for a belated sequel and, in the face of the cosmic odds against it, it's quite a fun lame-brained laughfest.  – Jim  Schembri It's stupid, over the top, illogical, brilliant, incoherent, and random, a self aware comedy with tons of laughs.
