The North Eden Willing Workers 4-H meeting with held April 2nd, 2017, at St Mary's Catholic Church in Vinton, Iowa. The meeting started at 5 PM. The upcoming Communications Day on June 24th was discussed, as well as a canvas painting workshop for the club.

The Memorial Day commemorations in Vinton included several traditions that have been continuing for years. Veterans began the morning with tributes at local cemeteries.
