January 30, 2024The Benton County Board of Supervisors met in special session with Supervisors Primmer, Seeman and Bierschenk present. The meeting was called to order at 9:00 a.m. at the Benton County Service Center. Hello, Iowa House District 84 from the State Capitol!
The Iowa Legislature just completed its fourth week, and it was a busy one! On Tuesday, January 30th, the Capitol had multiple waves of blue coats visit, also known as the Future Farmers of America students from across the state. I had a wonderful time with the FFA chapters from Benton Community, North Linn, and Vinton-Shellsburg, and all of the members were very polite and asked great questions.
